2026 New Year Update & Future Plans

Kia Ora and nau mai haere mai to the New Year!

Us from ChalkHouse Studios hope that you all have had a wonderful holiday and new year, and would like to update you on what we have been up to, and what we hope to bring in the new year!

So at the end of 2025, we had finished the pitch bible for our other project in the works, Tui and the Stars, which we hope to release a post soon detailing the project, and an interview with the creator of the project, Ocean. With this pitch bible being done, we now have two different pitch bibles in our inventory, ready for when we are able to get funding for said projects.

Along with that, we discussed starting up our social media accounts very soon with content. Our social media team will be creating fun bits of content that will introduce us as a small studio, and show where we come from as a group of friends, and what we hope to bring the world using our collaborative creativity.

As for the new year, we are hoping to register our studio to make us official, and look at applying for funding from local tv networks and organisations for our prepared projects, with the success of those, you will just have to wait and see with our upcoming posts.
